Hi guy's as the title suggests I'm looking for a good forearm workout routine I've been looking all over the internet trying to find the right workout and they are all different so I took the best advice from each article and came up with this,
Tuesday-Thursday-Sarurday
- Forearms 3 times a week
Dumbell Wrist Curl 2 Sets 12-15 Reps
Dumbell Wrist Twist 2 Sets 12-15 Reps
Dumbell Wrist Extension 2 Sets 12-15 Reps
Forearm Gripper 6 Sets 8-10 Reps
Once again I am no expert but I know most of you guy's here are so if anyone could provide me or guide me to a great routine I can do 3 times a week,

There was a doctor that had a similar approach, but instead of taking bits and pieces of different articles he took bits and pieces from different cadavers. You might have heard of him? Dr. Frankenstein. You are doing the same thing with your workout. What Dr. Frankenstein created ended up killing him. I don't think it will be as extreme for you as it was for the late Doctor. Keep us posted what you are doing next.
