Smile My epic year of transformation

So turned 30 last year and i have been morbidly obese all my life, thought i was time for a chance and this is what i have accomplished in the last 11 months.
ill add freedom units here for the metrically challenged 350lbs -> 209lbs -> 240lbs. My current goals are to build another 10kg ~~ 20lbs of muscle and then diet to single digit body fat and get some skin removal surgery because i do have awful amount of excess skin/flap. First post here be gentle

The big thing is not to get discouraged when the newbie gains stop. For the first 12 to 18 months you're gonna gain a lot of strength and muscle pretty easy but after that its gonna slow to a crawl. If I were you I'd just eat healthy for now and start your cut whenever you plateau on your lifts.

well things took turn to the worse, one night woke up in horrible pain and was rushed to the emergency room and surgery due to internal hernia... will be out of comission for 6 weeks... meh just my luck. So ill prolly just get fat now and lose all my gains.

I dont know if you should emulate me i did it with the stupid way.. DIDINT do any resistance training ate 1200kcal in 6 small (lowcarb) meals and 30min - 120min cardio 6 days a week for 8 months or so. Lost alot of muscle while doing this (bounced back the muscle quite easily tbh after i started training)
