Hi all I'm a 45 year old transwoman and new to the world of body building . So I'm 6ft and got a 46 in back mmm try buying bras 😂😂
So I'm looking at advice on training schedule and nutrition advice . I want to be toned with muscles not huge looking muscles . I do a lot of gym classes and salsa dancing so dropped a bit of weight and put a bit back on the hips , ass and tops of legs . I'm on HRT which consists of estrogen and T blockers . I'm not looking at wanting testosterone replacement to fuel muscles or recovery and looking at natural resources with food don't mind shakes I just don't want testosterone . Any advice is appreciated and in-between classes and work I can do weights at the gym 3 to 4 days a week .
Thanks
Dakota

Just pick a beginner routine, Fierce 5 is a great one; for men, women, or trans, training is always going to be the same, we are all human. Being 'toned' comes from lower body fat and having muscle mass, there are no specific workout that will 'tone' anything.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
