4) This is probably worst mistake beta males make, I used to do that as I was afraid to fall down in girls eyes, I was afraid to "miss that" date with her etc.. but then I realized that enjoying my own time is better than that, and if you have to do that to "keep her" then it's not worth it. Actually after arguing and proving my point more, girls stick to me more, if you agree to everything she wants then you just become boring to her overtime.

5) usually this is because guys are not sure about their dik size, but this is normal, this is because normal straight males don't get to see many diks irl and usually see them in porn, porn is filmed in angles that make certain parts look better/bigger, also use all kinds of chit so u cant really relate that to real life, and then anyway, why would some random guy care about your dik?

Not sure if this is a strong example. You were there and maybe he was beta as phuk (attitude, demeanor etc) but caring for/taking care of your GF and getting the whole group to support what she needs can be very alpha. In this case alpha/beta is more about the body language [SilenceSpeak's post nailed this] and frame control and projection the reasons for the decision, not the decision itself. There's a strong difference between being subjugated by your GF, and being her protector and provider, and your example didn't really show that.

I've seen some alpha as phuck men who will absolutely dote on their women and treat them like princess and give them whatever they want, but still wear the pants in the family. They can do it off because they're alpha as phuk.

had to be away from home so didn't post for a while..

but this list is good, obviously having all that is quite tough. but I was thinking more about it, and basically in general betas are afraid of putting their priorities and interests first, they care more about opinion of others around rather than their own. They are afraid to be judged by others for what they do/think. But essentially it is your life.
