Hey all, I started to intensively workout about 1.5 years ago, I was never really chubby, but I didn't have any muscle and had excessive fat on me, which due to being tall wasn't that noticeable, but I always felt really bad.
For 1 year I've been working out at home and started gym just half a year ago.
At home I did compound exercises and mainly weights, full body.
I'm 191CM tall and weighing 94kg.
I've attached picture results.
Looking to learn lot more from you guys!
I would appreciate any feedback on my progress, which muscles should I focus on, should I keep shredding or bulk?
