Hello, I was wondering if any kind soul could provide me with some feedback about my stats. I've done some irregular weightlifting over the years. Perhaps averaging 1 session per week. But I finally have the motivation to pick up strengthtraining on a more serious level now.

Calves: Both 36 cm / 14.2 in
Thighs: Both 54 cm / 21.3 in
Hips: 93 cm / 36 in
Waist: 76 cm / 29.5 in
Chest: 95 cm / 37.4 in
Shoulders: 116 cm / 45.7 in
Neck: 37 cm / 14.6 in
Upper arms: Both 34.5 cm / 13.6 in
Forearms: Left: 29 cm / 11.4 in - Right: 29.5 cm / 11.6 in

Post a picture. The answer will still be to eat more, work harder and more consistently making regular progressive overload - but posting a picture would let us know that's the right advice for sure.
