    Last nights workout was a little too intense and maybe I am rushing it.

    OHP 3 sets of 10
    Squats 3 sets of 10
    BOR 3 sets of 10
    Deadlifts 2 sets of 5
    Bench 3 sets of 10

    thought I could do 3 sets of 10 reps with everything and man it was grueling....The deadlifts after the squats and BOR was torture...

    Depending on the weight, that routine can be very tough, and ..... this is after a layoff and shrinkage. That is the reason why i mentioned breaking up the body parts.

    Weight is moderate right now, going to drop the reps to 5 as this was a little too much. Its only been 2 weeks.
