Depends what kind of plant you work at.

Anything older will require a lot of maintenance and the operators will be preparing equipment and keeping the old girl running.

If you're wanting a 'job' and not actually do anything I think social assistance is more up your alley.

But in all honesty, there are operations jobs out there that are laid back. Terminals, some pipeline/gas plant jobs. Anything in a major plant; refinery, petrochemical, will be quite busy.

Not the ideal job for aesthetics but not the worst option. If you're working outside you'll at least be getting a decent amount of exercise so metabolism stays high. If you're inside running the control panel you're at a desk for 12 hrs a day which isn't ideal. Plus you'll likely be working nightshift which wreaks havoc on your body.

Can you walk around in the control room for an hour for cardio if u want? Cause that’s all I do (3 days a week) and I stay 11-12% body fat year round lol on 2400 cals lol

Also nah being inside is goat for aesthethics if ur doing IF. you save your energy for when you actually need it to build muscle for the gym

Most manual labor guys are skinny fat cause constantly doing exsersize doesn’t build muscle.. it can even break it down in some cases

What builds muscle is short burst of 1-2 hour of lifting max

They security is a job where you can self improve during the job like during cardio. Or basically anything you want on the job
