How Many Times Do You Eat Fast Food in a Week?

It really depends, I'm mostly deal dependent for fast food. Now that the 2 for $5 Spicy Chicken is gone from Wendy's, I'll probably eat fast food 1 time per week(or once every two weeks). Lately I've been going to Wendy's like 2-3 times per week for that deal though.

Taco Bell also has some really cheap chit right now too, so I'll probably go there still when craving something dirty.

Recently it has been 5-7x a week srs. Never been this bad but I'm in full rot mode. McDonald's within walking distance+on the way to work+always fast doesn't really help.

Went from 200lbs in January to 220lbs barely benching 185. Tour is over boyos.

I hate cooking so my diet during the week is mostly fruits and veggies.

Weekends is different story tho. Parties/Cookouts/Bars every weekend so all kinds of food. Best part is, no mask crew

I eat out once a week and it will be a local sit down restaurant when I do.

I have not eaten fast food in over 5 years. When I did it was Taco Bell and vomited after because my stomach couldn’t handle it.

I rarely go traditional "fast food" meaning McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, Taco Bell, etc. But I will go something like chipotle, local restaurant for takeout or Chinese (like tonight) at least a few times per week. I figure with that at least there is some nutritional value, and in all likelihood it's probably not much worse than what I would make at home any way.

im approaching 30, and my 7x a week fast food habit is coming to an end. fast food meals make me feel so chitty now. 30 is definitely a wall for men and women (moreso women). gonna just start baking chicken and vegetables with spicy sauce.

If I eat something I didnt prep I go to a restaurant or go to the store and get something good

If I want a burger or a pizza I dont waste it on garbage ass 80IQ person cooking it in some ****hole kitchen, I go to a real restaurant that specializes in burgers or pizza and get a quality one.

90% of the time I am eating sushi or breakfast food if I go off my meal plan.

About twice a month and its always 1-2 of the regular mcdonalds burgers. The tiny ones. Idk why but i rly like the ketchup and onions. Could easily pound 6-8 of them but i only get 2 max.

In MI maybe once or twice a month because there was really just Culver's and Jersey Mike's that held any interest.

Lately 1-2 times a week, started due to eating alone mostly and there being more things I like here. Most often a burger, a chicken sandwich, or tacos- rarely order any drinks or sides. I can make good sandwiches at home. Could do the others too, but more work/dishes/ingredients.

Need to knock it off for awhile.

2x a week average. A chiK-fil-a is literally downstairs from where I work so I tend to forget my lunch a lot.
