Hey,
I took many different pre-workouts for years now and for the first time, I tried mixing 2 brands that I already use, a half scoop of each.
For some reason, every time I tried getting a bit hyped for a set it almost made me blackout during the set,
It felt like I had the power but my energy and focus levels were not ok and I couldn't continue the set because I was literally about to pass out lol
And I wasn't doing anything crazy like one rep deadlift, it was military press for 4-5 reps
I had to do my workout with every set being calm or I would see black, and it was definitely not a one-time thing as I understood this only the third workout.
Opinions?

When it comes to mixing pre's I do it OFTEN but you gotta know what your doing and first off you shouldn't mix
pre's that have overlapping stimulants except for caffeine. You should always weigh out the powders to make
sure your taking the dosages properly and most of the time it's gonna be less of each recommended serving.
Today for instance I went with 1 serving which is 1 scoop weighed out of Pre-Kaged which gives me 274mg
of caffeine and I combined it with 2 tabs of Ready4War which delivered 110mg of caffeine and focus ingredients
which gave the Pre-Kaged a better kick.
Tomorrow I plan on mixing 13gm of Conquer Unleashed which delivers fantastic pumps, power, and endurance but
lacks slightly in the energy dept, so I'll combine 1/3 of a serving of another PW that will give it that little more of
a kick in energy. So again combining pre's for me works well IF you know what will work well combined but that
comes from a lot of experience with pre-workouts.
In this ^^^^pic I combined a cap of a thermogenic with 1 scoop of a energized bcaa supplement and it worked
wonderfully for a long lasting kick of energy and focus that helped power me through a good workout.

I know I mentioned that there was nothing wrong with combing pre's as long as you now
what your doing well this is a combo I've used 2x so far and it was HIGHLY effective
1 scoop of QUAKE
1 scoop of B-Nox
500mg of DMAE
1500mg of Acetyl L-Carnitine
Energy,focus,pumps, and performance were ALL on point with this combo and will use this combo
again in the future.
