I took cold showers for years (like 4+). I still take them, but not exclusively. I’ve heard they’re good for skin, hair, possibly fat loss but the chief reason I take them is to feel alive. Dat dere temporary physical and mental invigoration during and after a cold shower. Great way to snap out of zombie mode and reignite enthusiasm to attack the day.
