Day 1 - 6mi outdoor run
Day 2 - Heavy lifting bro split (chest tri, back bi, shoulders abs, legs)
Day 3 - 6mi outdoor run
Day 4 - Heavy lifting bro split
...
...
And so on
I want to get the Brad Castleberry physique, huge muscles low fat. I try to eat 2500-3000 cals a day (ground turkey, pasta, eggs, chicken, gainer/protein shakes) and lift heavy. I started getting fat (lifting strength increased as well), so I started running. I've never done much cardio in my life, just lifting.
Will it work?
