    Low Calorie Sweet Tooth

    Hey guys. So I'm trying to lose some weight before I go back to a maintenance calorie amount. Big problem is I crave sweets at night and as everyone knows, they usually have a ton of calories. I've been making my own natural banana ice cream, eating yogurt, and snacking on fruits but I'm starting to get sick of that. Haha. Anyone have suggestions for some other ideas? Thanks guys.

    I like skyr yoghurt 190 calories for about 30 grams of protein then i crumble a couple chocolate cookies in. About 45 calories per cookie

    Halo or low calorie ice cream from Trader Joe's. Fruit. Protein bar with milk.

    It's hard though. I have a late night sweet tooth too and it's all too easy to mess up a good day with a binge.

    It might sound odd, but you can put cinnamon, stevia, and zero calorie maple syrup on egg whites and it honestly just tastes sweet maple pancakes.

    Also, diet soda, sugar free gum, nonfat Greek yogurt with no added sugar, sugar free jello

    Tastes awesome and macros are amazing (like 46g protein for 300 cals in a whole pot).

    Diet coke

    flavoured Protein powder in things like porridge

    You can get some pretty good 0 calorie syrups and sauces (chocolate, caramel, toffee etc) which taste amazing which you can add to milk or fruit or whatever

    protein ice cream- just protein, ice, water/milk, and erythritol, if you put this in a stand mixer after blending it add 15grams xanthan gum and it becomes fluff, freeze it to make homemade halotop

    Just sprinkle erythritol or walden farms syrups on veggies/fruits, low calorie puffed cereals/popcorn
    egg beaters mixed with a spoonful of whey, sprinkle erythritol and cinnamon on top, basically all protein and taste like crepes/pancakes
