Back in the late 90's my buddy decided to go vegan but he had no clue on how to prepare anything but a bowl of cereal, this dude lived off fast food and gained like 50 pounds in a year, he'd get stoned and drive to Taco bell and order a bunch of bean burritos, then eat a bunch of Oreo's for something sweet, he was the unhealthiest vegan I ever saw! He quit that chit and started eating likw an omnivore again after awhile, then he was murdered by another friend in 2001, RIP Willie Chancletero!

Being vegan doesnt automatically makes you healthy.

i matched with a girl a long time ago on tinder and she was hardcore vegan and telling me about how hard it is blah blah and she sent me a picture of her eating cereal. I told her it wasn't vegan and she was fckin livid lmao, she was a real self righteous one too so it felt amazing being the one to break the news she wasn't as aware as she wished

it is common for vegans to make mistakes like that, yeah.
I think i myself did it with some products at some point.

But veganism is not about being perfect, if you eat something wasnt aware had animal derived ingredients, doesnt really make you less vegan, IMO, once you find out, you just avoid it.

Obviosuly if knowingly you still consume it, then yeah, you are probably not vegan anymore.

Thanks, learned something new! When I do use sugar it's the one listed as Sugar In The Raw, I only add sugar to my Cuban Coffee when I make it.

if you wanna really be a health nut you can buy sugar cane from any mexican grocery store and slap some of those in your pot of coffee

I've had to call CPS on numerous parents because of consistent health deficiencies in their children that lead to chronic illness, some of these children had to be hospitalized.

Veganism is not natural, our bodies are biologically designed to intake animal proteins regularly. That's why all vegan diets must supplement amino acids only found in them.


Save your breath, I've never once gotten through to them even as a well trained physician.

Any other toppings on the waffles? Waffles without syrup are not ideal to me. Looks nice, though. Bonus if you learn to make your own waffles/pancakes at home. It's really very easy. Flax egg/pumpkin or applesauce sub for some wet ingredients if desired.

Chocolate was sweet enough for me, hence no adding syrup.
