    Teen Bodybuilding advice

    I just turned 17 on August 8th, I've been lifting since I was 14 but hadn't taken it seriously until September of last year. Should I maintain a lean bulk to put myself in an optimum environment to put on muscle? or should I be doing major bulks and cuts?

    I don't recommend cutting at all until you've finished growing.

    Long slow mass gain is the key at this age. There is no reason to pile on fat, just allow your weight to rise at around 1-2lbs a month.

    Stats would help of course, I'm making big assumptions about your current state.
