    In 9th grade I tried to prove a teacher wrong that energy drinks can kill you and drank 6 24oz diet rockstars in 1 day

    I was very sick

    It was a very bad idea

    Never again

    Too much of even water is a dumb idea

    My ex did 300 g of protein a day and got gout, I laughed tbh I knew egg whites, beef, low carb pizza with extra meat, protein shakes and poptart diet wouldn’t end well

    Lulz, smashed 5-8 Rockstars a shift when I started in the CDCR, caffeine never bothered me much; switched to caffeine pills since it's much cheaper. Average 1g of caffeine per day, takes around 3+g before I start to feel sick anymore.
