Very close to Wolf on this one, although I think we're cheating her question a little by having multi-ingredient items. If that's what we're talking about, it'd be:
- Burgers
- Cobb salad
- Pizza
- Solid cheese
- Eggs
If we're talking single ingredients only...
- Eggs
- Beef
- Broccoli
- Cheese
- PotatoesBench: 345
Squat: 405
Deadlift: 505

Please look up the word 'baby'.
An egg yolk + white is not a baby, it is 'the nutrient-bearing portion of the egg whose primary function is to supply food for the development of the embryo'.
I could use the same logic to say eating a fillet of salmon is the same as eating roe.
Im guessing if you ordered scrambled eggs and someone brought you ground chicken, you would probably not be satisfied."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"
