I'm 40 years old, 5'11" and 275 pounds. I was a very skinny kid growing up but my late 20's and early 30's changed my body. Looking for recommendations on where to start for weight loss.
Head over to the Fat Loss forum and read the "basics" sticky thread there. Look for a routine in the sticky thread of "Workout Programs". This should answer most questions but if anything is not clear, post a thread in one of those forums (this one is a little quiet).
Just dropping a word of encouragement. I also need to lose weight. I find that bodybuilding and clean eating pay off even before the weight goes down. I feel really good, no matter what the scale.says. .
