Mix-ability of Dymatize ISO 100 in a glass of water

Recently I have purchased a Dymatize ISO 100 Classic Vanilla Flavored 6 lb from Amazon. Now when I mixed this product in a glass of water, (as shown in the most YouTube video to check the mix-ability & authenticity of the product) it form clumps or lump & it doesn't mix well in a glass of water. However, it mixes well in a shaker after shaking it for around 30 seconds. Also sometime it tastes bitter in the end. Now this is my 2nd whey protein supplement after ON Gold Standard 100 % whey protein, so I am new in consuming these product & also this is my first ISO 100 product. Now please tell me, Is it normal that Dymatize ISO 100 form clump or lump in a glass of water, because it is a hydrolyzed whey protein & according to what I hear, it must dissolve well in a glass of water. I have asked some people around me & they said it is not normal & maybe it is an expired product. But the expiry date of this product is January 2021. I have checked every code & hologram on the packages & even sent all photos of the packet to Dymatize on their email & they said it is an original product. So I am a little confused here & tell me is it genuine product or fake.
I have attached photo of packet & mix-ability in the glass of water. So please watch them & give me your opinion about it.

I've never had great luck with any protein powder mixing perfect in a glass with a spoon. Just use a shaker cup and you're going to be better off 10/10.

Same here, I always use shaker cups for protein cocktails and they are perfectly mixed.
