    C) Other

Why are you limiting yourself to only those 2 random choices as the "best"? And body parts isn't a workout plan.

The most important part of your plan should be your diet, which should prob be at about maintenance cals if you're a beginner and going to lift. Pick a proper novice routine (some are in the stickies on the workout forum page) and if you want to do cardio you can do it on off days or light cardio after workouts.

I've always been a fan of full body and some cardio after, every other day or when properly rested. Doesn't have to be a big long routine, just what will cover your bases at first. Do a little exploring in the stickied threads, i'm sure you'll find something that suits your goals and ability level.

The type of training is not influenced by whether you are labelled as "skinny fat" or not. Actually, according to these experienced forum members, you should be aiming mostly at muscle gain:

I suggest using All Pros simple beginners routine. Trying to make your own routine up when you are new to lifting will never be as good. There is much experience and knowledge baked in to a routine like All Pros - subtleties that you probably didn't even know existed.
