    I'm 15, 5'6", and 135lbs. I have some abs but do I have man boobs?

    I used to be overweight and had man boobs and now i've lost a lot of weight but i'm wondering if my chest still has man boobs? I want to mention that I workout a lot of core and recently have started going to the gym, are these pecks or man boobs?

    I know this is probably going to fall on deaf ear but the solution is not to spend so long looking in the mirror and worrying about details.

    Just focus on training and improving your gym performance (increase your 10 rep maximum in a wide range of lifts) - THAT is the way to get outstanding results.

    Definitely pecs and not man boobs. You have good definition. Can you tell a difference from unflexed to flexed?

    do some incline pressing at the start of every push/chest workout that should do the trick
