So ive been lifting for like 2 years, started off in the mid 130s, and after a long time in that awkward stage of cutting and bulking i finally decided to bulk and actually make some damn progress.
So i ate 4700 calories plus everyday and went from 154lbs - 173lbs. Now I'm 2 weeks into my cut, eating 3800 and losing ~1lb a week.
In the Jan pics i weighed roughly 160.
In the August pics I weigh about 170.
What do you guys think?
(first pic just for reference to show where i started)
My goal for the future is to get shredded as fuarkk on this cut. Then lean bulk and get to the 190s. Then cut down and hope i can look aesthetic.

Very nice gains bro.
But I have question. If u ate so much did u not gain fat like belly or something like that. I remember I was skinny but when I started eat I made some gains but also gain a lot of belly fat so I was baisically skinny fat. But you look like so clean or while bulking you also did a lot of cardio to not get the belly?

The reason I ate so many calories is because my maintenance is so high. I think this has something to do with the fact I lift 5x a week and I walk a minimum of 10k steps a day. I also have a very active job on the weekends. If I wasn’t so active and ate this much I’d defo get a belly lol
