I’m still bullish on it for mid October through November. But not enough to continue to accumulate.

I accumulated enough between 20 and 25 cents that if it ever returns to even half of all time high, I will be an extremely happy man.

That said, there’s bullish optimism, and then there’s 4chan xrp schizo potatoism. I do foresee xrp moving before the year end, but I also want to accumulate other projects I expect to boom in 2021. Mainly etheramum, CRO, and vechain

Time and time again people fall for these obvious scams! People were defending WTC for months after this clear example of blatant fraud! And no matter how much evidence you provide they would continue to defend their scammers (or they were in on it too). It's like a version of Stockholm syndrome ("Stockholm syndrome has been defined as a condition in which hostages develop a psychological alliance with their captors during captivity.").

Another example:

There are definitely many successful alt coin traders out there - you can find a lot of successful alt coin traders on twitter.

Even bitcoin could be suspect, As maximalists we seem so certain that BTC will be there 100% of the time...You never know right. Some technical event or government rules can turn that whole world upside down in a few moments. But I like trading BTC because it is the safest among crypto coins.

It is fine to try to find that lottery ticket, and jump on a random project with a compelling 'story' that you think others will also jump into and help you profit, but it's also good to realise when the story is actually nonsense (even if it does end up happening to be the one that makes you a profit).

It's good to differentiate between things that actually makes sense, as compared to products with good 'narratives' (see. 'puffery' at Common Law - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carlil..._Smoke_Ball_Co ), versus outright scams.

They need to get careful when their belief on that scam is so strong they use BTFD philosophy on scam coins. 98% of old alts are finished imo.

Binance is king of scam coins - Their routine goes something like this -

take fee to list scam coin with hype.

Pump and Dump on customers.

Devalue scam coin to -95%+

Delist after none of the sheep are buying.

and just keep repeating the above steps with new coins..

Yeah, i love the concept but i know better than to go all in on any crypto project. I "locked in" 1,000 CRO for 6 months just to test out their Ruby card.

It's their first tier card above the free one. Just want to test drive it and see what it's like to use day-to-day, how fast the rebates hit the account, how to set the card limit, etc. etc. If it works well, i'll look to lock in one of the more baller tiers.

Trying the "Earn" feature as well. Again, only dipping the toe in the water. I threw in 2.5 ETH for a 1 month period that gives back 3.5% earnings. will only amount to a poverty 0.006 ETH after a month, but again, just testing features, returns and what not.
