as in staking? I'm not sure...I haven't really dabbled into staking but several of my coins are planning to stake soon....we'll see.
Yea LRC is also involved with a certain someone so I'm upping my bag. Worth the risk at this price. Wish I would have thought about it when it was .03 6 months ago....but the news/reason I'm buying wasn't known back then

Even if your coin doesn't offer staking, there's plenty of lending platforms that allow you to earn interests on your locked up loans. Celsius and crypto.com offer this. I locked up some xrp for a month and earned about 100 xrp. which is nothing given it's price, but that's better than 0.

riddle me this. do you have ANY other holdings other than BAT? lol I respect the process though. I'd rather see people throwing money at legit projects while they're grinding through boring accumulation levels, than these retards shilling chitcoin ICOs.
There's a whole lot of year left in my opinion. 30 days is an entire business quarter in crypto-time, and there's 60 days left in the year after the election. SO much could happen in that time frame. I don't know what to expect but *insert michael jackson eating popcorn.gif*DCA'ing FXS since Sept2022

It feels like (SOME OF ) the alts are gonna be going sideways for a really really long time. Some have been sideways already for more than 1.5 years!
Think about the last time alt season happened - BTC peaked, Interest in crypto was at ath...So something similar needs to happen again for alts to pump back to ath, That could take many many months. But hey if it happens soon then also its cool!
Whatever money i throw into alt coins i fully expect to lose it all.Last edited by BDSMBBW; 10-07-2020 at 06:13 AM.

Alts needs to get purged. The chitcoin projects needs to die. Krishna needs to balance the markets again, because right now, almost everything is overvalued. NEM (dead ****coin) is still worth close to 1 billion for christ sake. So, you relly think we gonna have an alt bull run when projects are still this overvalued haha. NEM, ONT, LTC and other similar useless ****coins should dump 95%. After they have died, we can start a proper bull run, hopefully. God willing
You people are just gambling on chitcoins, I´m not. I know what is objectively the best. Tezos just became Shariah law accepted btw. It´s not haram. Most of the coins you people are shilling are 100% haram, and they will never get accepted in the middle east. You need something that is halal certified

I don't hold anything else because theres nothing that I think is worth it. I made a good uniswap play and bought the bottom and sold the top and do occasional trades with other coins, but there is nothing I would hold long term. If I make a good chunk of money on BAT I will mainly be getting out of crypto. Been watching this market for the better part of 5-8 hours a day for the past 5 years and everything is a joke. If I had to be in any other tokens it would be uni, eth, bal, maker, comp but at the right price. Some are high risk low reward and some are low risk low reward.
That OXT pump you likely got in on was VC artificially creating liquidity so they could dump their tokens into the orderbooks without anyone noticing. You should be able to find the information easily about their vesting schedule and how much they paid. Basically what you have is a situation where OXT had a $1B VPN system that nobody uses and a super aggressive divestment period where all tokens will be unlocked by June. What that means is that if they had enough liquidity they could dump $1B on retail for a product that would take probably 5-7 years to be worth $1B. In other words they would have a guaranteed win and would be stupid not to unload. No signature

Yes, I think Fantom is shariah compliant also. A bunch of muslim clerics will have to go through it and approve it. Governance system etc, has to be on point.
As for oxt, I´m not sure. I just know that SENT will likely be a better DVPN, and it´s like 20x cheaper. So, either sent is undervalued, or oxt is overvalued. Dvpn is actually one of the most promising crypo/blockchain usecases. Decentralized vpn market will only grow.
As parkerscott explaned above. Oxt launched in a super degenerate, almost scammy vc way.

rode YFI from $2.9k to $44k and down to $18.5k where I capitulated and sold; good move so far.
Can buy back in for a bit more, though I would like them to pivot away from vaults to stablecredit given Curve and yield farms in general have died. Exciting times again, REN & ETH are the only alts I hold now.

No shortage of dumb investors jumping on bitcoin^^ Having a supply cap is actually the real scam, unironically. Currency with Inflation is less scammy than a cuurecny with a supply cap. A Supply cap is human nature greed put into practice. Creating something "finite" out of thin air. It´s a concept that compels to the greedy ugly side of the human ego. People won´t notice until it´s too late. Creating a finite currecny will never work, because it goes against the infinite nature of the universe. It´s human scarcity greed personified. It´s not abundance, it´s about fighting over something that is finite.
Bitcoin is all about greed, not about progress. Crypto community is the same. Every time the btc price pumps, i lose more and more faith in humanity, lolLast edited by PimpMasterC; 10-08-2020 at 11:15 AM.
