Just getting started but need a goal/competition/aim.
Hi folks. I’m training 3 times a week with my trainer and loving it. Lifting weights helps fight depression and it’s the best thing that’s happened to me. I’m looking for some sort of competition or transformation challenge that I want to enter though. I’m a tub right now but I’ve cleaned up my diet and I’m training hard. I’m looking for some sort of group or competition that a beginner can aim towards. I’m based in the north east of the uk if that helps. Thanks guys STAY HARD
Is that mean you need a group of peoples that can keep track on progress together so it will be more fun and keeps u motivated ? I'll be up for that but sadly im not living in north east of the uk
