    Aware me on Zinc - measles reps until I am oot.

    So read a bunch of threads on bennies of taking zinc. Really intrigued by the good night's rest aspect, but also read that there are different kinds.

    What is the best kind to take for rest, ropes, and immunity? Is there one that is GOAT?

    Anyone dislike taking zinc or didn't benefit from it?

    Good for ropes. Take some lecithin pills and eat raw celery for mega ropes
    I've taken it before and had no problem , I have read that it can lower your copper levels though.

    Magnesium is also good for sleep. I find I can remember dreams better with it.

    Zinc benefits so many people because so many people are deficient in it. Benefits are getting rid of the symptoms that low zinc causes of which there can be several

    I use Optizinc and a separate magnesium bisglycinate supp but ZMA is good too - just check the bio-availability of the type of zinc/magnesium in whichever supp's you are looking at. From memory zinc oxide is only about 4% bio-avaiiable so is cheap but a total waste of time.
