Obama and the "others" sent the United States, and most of the world, into full-swing demoralization. Also because our choices catch up with us over time. If you didn't work hard in your 20s, why would your 30s be any better? etc.
Also,
7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.
9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.
10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Da fuk is up with all of these random suicide posts on the misc now days. More proof things just aren't the same anymore. You realize how bad off I was in 2012-2014 and I overcame it.
Just look at how negative your post is bro. I'm not retarded for thinking things changed just look at the evidence.PC specs

Lol at believing a delusional phuck who thinks he’s as good looking as Brad Pitt and Paul Walker.
There was no mystical change in 2012. We got older, we become less adaptable as we age.
This would be no different than all the old glam metal era people from 1987 living in 1995 looking back thinking “man, something changed. These kids are all depressed. All they do is talk on IRC boards.”

there very obviously was; it's like arguing computers, the internet or cell phones didn't "change" things. you don't think the internet introduced any change to business? or that a device in your pocket that accesses said internet, takes pics, collects information, etc. changes things? think about how a regular cell phone back in the old days did not include: youtube/ insta/ ********/ etc., etc.
Phones that made effective use of any significant data connectivity were still rare outside Japan until the introduction of the Danger Hiptop in 2002, which saw moderate success among U.S. consumers as the T-Mobile Sidekick. Later, in the mid-2000s, business users in the U.S. started to adopt devices based on Microsoft's Windows Mobile, and then BlackBerry smartphones from Research In Motion. American users popularized the term "CrackBerry" in 2006 due to the BlackBerry's addictive nature.[40] In the U.S., the high cost of data plans and relative rarity of devices with Wi-Fi capabilities that could avoid cellular data network usage kept adoption of smartphones mainly to business professionals and "early adopters."Improved hardware and faster wireless communication (due to standards such as LTE) have bolstered the growth of the smartphone industry. In the third quarter of 2012, one billion smartphones were in use worldwide.[2] Global smartphone sales surpassed the sales figures for feature phones in early 2013.
though i will agree with you about the reminiscing thing, and that will certainly reoccur as more changes are introduced. there's no telling what changes will be introduced, but there were definitely changes introduced that changed things at a fundamental level

In 2013 Obama signed the Smith-mundt modernization act or hr-4310 which basically has allowed us to be blasted with divisive propaganda ever since. The powers that be also cranked up the degrading of society via feminism, sjw crap, the increased convenience of porn, ECT.
Look the law up on wiki, srs
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smith–Mundt_Act
The Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012, which was contained within the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 (section 1078 (a)) amended the United States Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948 and the Foreign Relations Authorization Act of 1987, allowing for materials produced by the State Department and the Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG) to be available within the United States.[1][2]

Here's my theory
Everybody wasn't happier before 2012, you were. So you're looking at everything with rose tinted glasses.
Western societies are definitely more ghey and divided but not to the extent that everybody is just clinically depressed now.
Face it, it's you that's unhappy, the world keeps spinning.

well, i touched on it all before in a different post.
you see the consumer becoming more mobile. and businesses switching to this. as the adoption rate increased - and surpassed the "feature" phones more and more businesses would adopt to the consumer demand
prior, in its more rudimentary form, you see a burgeoning of shift but once it becomes mainstream there's more confidence it's a way of life and more and more changes are introduced
so for instance, if i am a website developer now i may focus HARD on mobile (due to the smart phone in their pocket.. also laptops) whereas in 2006 i may not
i will agree 2012 may not be the EXACT year, but that time period there are def. fundamental shiftsLast edited by propreffered7; 08-15-2020 at 07:26 AM.

more regarding smart phones and internet use:
9. More users access the Internet with an Android device (38.9%) than any other desktop or mobile device
13. There are 4.18 billion mobile Internet users. (Statista)
14. Over half of all Google search visits (61%) take place on a mobile device. (Statista)
15. On average, there’s 40.77 exabytes of mobile traffic every month. (Statista)
16. 29.15 petabytes of that monthly traffic comes from video. (Statista)
17. The average mobile Internet connection speed is 17.6 Mbps. South Korea has the fastest Internet speeds with 52.4 Mbps. (OpenSignal The State of Mobile Experience 2019)
18. In the U.S., smartphone users spend an average of 3 hours 49 minutes on their devices every day.
The percentage of global web traffic on mobile phones has surged over the past decade. As of March 2020, 52.03 percent of the overall web traffic comes through mobile phones. If we were to go back to March 2011, this figure was at a meager 4.70 percent.
Fast forward just five years later to 2016 and the percentage of web traffic on mobile multiplied more than a factor of eight to 40.60 percent.
Despite the significant growth, the quickest growth rate came from the first few years of the decade and has slowed significantly since then. The average year-over-year growth rate from 2011 to 2016 was 69.78 percent, compared to 11.28 percent from 2016 to 2020, which includes a 5 percent dip in 2019.In March 2011, nearly all web traffic came through desktops (95.30 percent). The very first time the percentage of web traffic on mobile exceeded that of desktop came in November 2016, when 48.25 percent of overall internet traffic came from mobile phones, just a hint more than desktop at 46.93 percent. Today, desktop traffic makes up 45.32 percent of overall internet traffic, less than half of its 2011 traffic share.Last edited by propreffered7; 08-15-2020 at 07:55 AM.

People are looking at their phones for about 4 hours every day, that's insane
And to think before 2012 i didn't even have a smart phone and never used the flip phone i had in the house. Never saw people on them either unless it was an occasional text or call. What happened lolPC specs
