Hey all. My biceps are weird. Was wondering if anyone could help me out. So for example, my first set I can get 8 reps on a 70 pound ez bar. But then on my second set (after a 90sec rest) I struggle to even get 4. It’s been really frustrating and I was wondering if anyone can help identify the problem I’m having

If your program calls for sets across (same number of reps, same weight) then you are simply using a weight that is too heavy.
Remember, not every set needs to go to the point of concentric failure.
