Competition is due to run on Dec 12 on Brian Shaw's own property, with his own equipment. He is putting up $25K prize for the winner, and has also paid off all travel and hotel expenses for the competitors. Brian himself will be competing, but has stated if he wins he's going to distribute the cash among the other top competitors. Honestly seems like a pretty baller move, and his lineup is really phucking good. Looks like it's going to be a damn good show.

I honestly think it shows a little bit of a testament as to how much respect Brian actually has for his competitors that he invited Maxime to this competition - There are plenty of other strongmen he easily could have thrown into the mix that may have turned more heads, but Maxime was an insane dark horse at the Arnold Classic and deserves another shot at the stage and some spotlight. It took some time for Brian and Martins to catch up with Maxime in that competition. On that note, I'm a little surprised Martins isn't on this list - I'm not sure if Martins wasn't invited, or if he didn't accept for some reason.
Also, Oberst is going to get phucking merc'd lol....

tire deadlift, work up to a max
circus dumbbell, 250lbs for reps
atlas stone run, 5-8 stones with increasing weights
