Is it OK to put cardio on its own day of the week?
Currently this is what I am doing
Day 1: Legs
Day 2: Shoulders
Day 3: Chest and Tris
Day 4: Back and Bis
Day 5: Cardio
With two rest days...
I mean yeah, you can do whatever you like as long as your progressing in your program, if that's your number 1 priority. However you didn't list anything about your workouts so we really have no idea what kind of workload you're even partaking in..
