    how many bodybuilders do ACTUAL REAL CARDIO...not bs

    all you see is guys going on some machine and talking about cardio
    as they do 93 mins at 2 km pure hour lol


    but you dont see any of them the top dudes

    doing things like
    hill sprints
    10 k runs
    interval training with medicine balls/kettlebells/skipping rope etc
    or working
    the heavy bag
    etc etc


    if there are some good examples i would love to see it
    i know the burning fat under 130 beats pure min stuff etc

    but how can you call yourself an athlete without doing the real thing
    like seriously the cardio they do would put guys from most
    sports to sleep due to sheer boredom lol

    These are intense cardio. Cardio means to exercise with enough endurance and intensity to increase the heart rate for e prolonged period of time.

    More than thirty minutes and you're fukking up, when I was in the army I knew plenty of people who came from strictly weightlifting backgrounds and maintain their physique and they'd easily run the 2-mile in about 12 and a half minutes, as long as you're not just a fat fuark cardio is almost pointless
