    Please critique my posture

Hello guys, I have a reoccurring bicep tendonitis in my left arm. It got better for about 6 months but never got 100% and its flared again despite me being in lockdown and no exercise at all. I am thinking my posture could be off which is causing it. I want someone more experienced to have a look and make a suggestion if any. ://imgur.com/a/C1xaPnq (please put https infront of that)

Not too terrible. A bit of forward head and rounded shoulders going on as do most people these days.

You should take a picture from behind, I suspect your shoulders sit too low (downly rotated) it means your upper traps are lenghten and weak. If that happens you might feel stiffnes in the neck, constant trigger points in upper back, rotator cuff problems or like u mention biceps tendonitis. Do u experience any of those i mention or just bicep tendonitis?

I have had rotor cuff issues in my right shoulder few years ago but I do exercises for my rotor cuffs ever since and never had an issue since. No neck, trap or upper back discomfort. Its just the one bicep tendon that refuses to heal. Its like its halfway healed and stopped there. I probably could still do some floor presses and proper bicep curls without pain if the gym was to open
