If you can keep bodyfat down, it's definitely possible to get a great looking body from swimming. And you work everything with swimming and have a ton of full body strength. But an intense swimming workout makes you so hungry that it's really hard to cut weight.
I swam competitively for 18 years and didn't really ever become low BF from it. But many people I swam with did. It required 2-3 hour workouts everyday though.

It's possible but many swimmers I know also lift weights.
So I couldn't know for sure until somebody actually starts it.
