Give yourself just an extra second at the bottom when you need to, just a little extra time making sure your grip is still good and the straps are tight under your hands will help you not slip as you get deeper into your reps.
Super impressive pulls, the speed makes it look like you have a lot more in the tank too. Very nice man.drvillain PM's mods to do his bidding - CONFIRMED.
