Pay as much as you can each month, pick up a 2nd job or do stuff for cash on the side and pay it all towards debt, sell chit you don't need and put that towards debt. I wouldn't eat too much into your savings to pay it off.

If you've got that much in CC debt you either have a spending/self control issue or you don't make enough to support the lifestyle you think you should be living at. You should take a serious look at your spending and reevaluate your choices, cutting back where necessary and paying that difference towards your debt.

There's no reason to not throw everything you can at the debt. And then either use Harry362's suggestion or get a lower-interest credit line, use it to pay off the card, and don't add more debt to the card while paying down the credit line
