Idiot. First of all, self driving trucks are a ways off. You know how hungry you can get in that time? Secondly, you know... the truck might get to the location but needs to be unloaded. Anyways, take all that away. What's important is that it will take availability of resources away from the communties of people who are against law and order. This will result in higher prices. Higher prices as we reduce their EBT and other handouts. As things get more expensive and more scarce, it causes the quality of life for these people to drop considerable. I was thinking about self-driving trucks being planned as an alternative to replacing physical drivers to deliver to these places, but that'd be a lot of money wasted on technology and products that would just be looted and removed from the self-driving trucks. Imagine spending millions on self-driving trucks only to have that concept destroyed in minutes.
