    Cut or Bulk - Skinny fat - 18 years old

    I need help as i am not sure if i should continue cutting or i should bulk. I began a cut in January weighing 94kg cutting down to 79kg. I have very little muscle mass now and i am abit weaker. I am not sure if should continue cutting to a lower bodyfat percentage or should i bulk. I want to get rid of my love handles but i dont mind bulking if needed to.


    my previous stats
    weight: 94kg
    height: 6ft 1
    bf: 25%

    my current stats
    weight: 79kg
    height: 6ft 1
    bf:17 - 18%ish

    i consumed around 1.4k when cutting and burned 200 cals a day - didnt feel hungry as i got use to it

    i should be eating around 2k apparently - thats what online calculators says

    some im not sure how much i should eat to bulk - im thinking about trying 1.6k.

    Also should i do high reps or heavier weights - my goal is aesthetics - i have been lifting strength wise since january but i look small as hell.
