What makes you think kinobody is on juice? I've watched his progress over the years, and he has never had a huge jump in size or strength, it's always been steady increments and he has been training for like 15 years

The reason it didnt benefit you to the standard you wanted was because you were/are chit at it. Reach 4 plates on flat and you're gonna have a good chest, should definitely be within reach on juice

No, you make the majority of your gains in your first 2 years, thats assuming you train to a near optimal level and are consistent, not fukin about and not progressing. So you should reach lets say 80% of your potential in the first 2 years of training or so. There is still progress to be made but diminishing returns occur and it gets harder.

Incline will have carryover to flat bench, no one is disputing that

Adding bodyweight is cope. Dont be a bloatlord and brag about your bench. Anyone can increase a bench by gaining signficant bodyweight. But at your bodyweight and your experience you should be hitting this for reps
