As Australia moved into its first lockdown for COVID-19, I promised myself that I would get my weight to under the 110 kg mark. From 116 kgs I introduced OMAD and calorie counting. It felt great and after a number of weeks the lowest I got to was 111.2kgs.
The isolation blues shortly got the better of me, and I began comfort eating for which I have done for at least a month. I, ApolloTheHealer, will reach my 110kgs by October beginning tomorrow morning with my weigh-in. This is my diary.

10th of August, 2020.
Goal Status:- Intermittent fast (skipping breakfast and having dinner early) - Done
- Eat under my TDEE to lose ~1.0kgs a day - Done
- Walk outside for a period of 30 minutes - Done
Given my readings on weight loss being 90% diet, I used the walking as an excuse to engage in some outdoor activity and curve some of the lunch-time hunger cravings. This worked well for me, and I wasn't hungry till around dinner. For selection of my food I tried to balance it between high protein (for satiability purposes) and stuff I enjoy eating. There were some cravings for Pizza Hut during dinner, but these were ignored.
Food:
Lunch- 2x Chobani Fit Yoghurts - 795 kj
- 1x Ham & Mustard Sandwich - 874 kj
Dinner- 2x Eggs (Scrambled using Microwave) - 1,163 kj
- 2x Microwave Fried Rice w/ Veggies - 2,218 kj
Total Food: 5,050 kj, with ~1,900 kj remaining
Weighed in at: 116.3kgLast edited by ApolloTheHealer; 08-10-2020 at 06:18 AM.
