Well it has come to my attention but my weight is directly impacting life. It impacts my feelings (mental health) movements, metabolism, and overall health. I am 16 years old and I weighed in at 290lbs at 6 foot 1 I believe I am about 320 give or take some and 6 foot 2. I tend to work out but I really only do weight training. My health has gotten to the point I'm sweating in a 77 degree room with a personal a/c and fan unit while playing video games. I believe the main issue with me is nutrition. I estimate that I eat over 10000 calories a day. No right food choices. I tried eating nothing but after 2-3 days I give up. And I tried eating less between the hours of 12-7pm and it didn't last long. I feel that I should do more full body workouts / cardio, but what should I do about food at this point?
