It's like whenever I try to create a thread or make a post that has more than a single paragraph I get an access denied error.

Yes, there are forum problems at the moment, I get the same. Just have to break it up into shorter posts. And copy and paste it to notepad before pressing submit... Hopefully forum software will be upgraded at some point

It's only been doing it to me for a few months. I found that removing parentheses from a post helped get it posted - don't know if just a coincidence.
