    Are these good daily supplements to take?

    Hello,

    I am currently taking these daily, can anyone suggest if i should continue taking these or adding or removing some? I am just taking them for daily health.

    Pretty well rounded set there, might have some overlap taking the multi. How's your diet look?

    I take 3-5g creatine daily, if looking to add muscle its one missing.

    Looks great! I'd suggest adding some nootropics to that and then you are good to go

    Not really,

    i might just take the Mag/D3 and C, and Fish oils, and disregard the others. What about taking Creatine in-conjunction with these?
