I just turned 40 years old. I’m about 6’1”, 185 lbs, 42” waist. I have no strength, my posture is bad, walk with duck feet I’m an expat living and teaching in China. Most of my time are either sitting or standing.
My goal is to lose my stomach fat. Everywhere else I need to build strength.
I’m really not sure where to begin. I’ve looked into the P90 and p90x3.
Anyone have any suggestions where to begin and stay motivated?
