Hey guys, I suffer from neurofatigue after my concussion, I still work a fulltime physical job, so that's one coffee in the morning, then another coffee at break, then I used to drink another coffee at lunch, then a coffee before the gym after work. Which is too much for me I think. I need at least two coffees to do my job because the neurofatigue after my concussion is insane.
Then I go home and i'm so tired by the time I hit the gym i'm exhausted. Usually I drink an energy drink before the gym but I want to reduce caffeine cause I think it's not good for my concussion recovery.
I was wondering if there's any stim-free supplements you guys recommend that would give me a significant boost for the gym? I was thinking beta alanine but i'm not sure if it's enough alone.

Kaged Muscle recently came out with a stim-free version of PreKaged if you ever have used the OG in the past. I have been using it for my afternoon workouts and it still gets me going and pumped up .
