This was playing at the gym this morning....I thought I was going to have to be institutionalized!

I felt an earthquake, that's some crazy sh!t. I was living in an apartment complex with about a dozen units and a dozen or so apartments in each unit. it was after a midnight shift and I was sound asleep and felt something weird and a picture on the wall was moving, jumped out of the fart sac, looked out the window and could see the other units moving, I was still in a stupor, but knew I had to GTFO, so that's what I did, as soon as I got to the hallway it was over and only lasted only seconds.(but seemed a lot longer) I sleep in the raw, so here I am in the unit hallway with my twig and berries dangling, thinking damn that was some dream. Back into the apartment I go, before I had to explain what I was doing in the hallway naked. I went back to bed thinking It was a dream and I sure as fuk wasn't going to tell anyone what just happened to me, I'd never live that down. With the buddies I had, they would have found a way to get it on the 5 o clock news. Minutes later the girlfriend called and asked if I felt the earthquake? I was relieved that it wasn't a dream because it sure felt real. But what a weird feeling difficult to explain. We did have an aftershock, but I was driving at the time never felt that at all.

The other was about 10 years ago, was like a train was going by 5' away, again all kinds of stuff rattling in the kitchen. Its a scary experience, but cool as well...the friggin earth shaking!

In Toronto I lived on a 9th floor apartment was around 1989, we were watching TV and we could feel a rumbling growing, then we noticed the all of the CDs in a rack were swaying gently as well as dishes in the dishwasher were chattering, as soon as we got up and headed for the stairs it was over. The other was about 10 years ago, was like a train was going by 5' away, again all kinds of stuff rattling in the kitchen. Its a scary experience, but cool as well...the friggin earth shaking!

I've never experienced an earth quake. Or, tornadoes. Both which I never want to.

So tomorrow morning its on, Corvette drive, we are meeting at panera bread route 4 Paramas NJ, then rolling out to Storm King State park, then head out to Hudson Taco in Newburgh NY. There are 32 corvettes meeting up. Just so you know I wont know anyone there....

My baby is going to represent the Bronx, should be fun....
