brb paying 3k a month while all bars, restaruants, and shows are closed indoors and there's nothing to do

Not surprising. Our economy has basically collapsed in the city. No Tourism, No dining, etc. Kinda sucks to pay NYC rent with most things closed. But at least we got hit with the first wave so we probably already have enough immunity to be okay.

Eventually a lot of major cities will be taken over by homeless, especially if people continue to work from home. Why would you live there with massive cost of living if you don't have the perks that go with it?
Our downtown area is basically taken over by druggies and homeless as well. I wouldn't even go there to eat, never mind work. Not worth the hassle and travel time.
