    Actors’ Workout Routines

Random question, but what’s your guys’ opinions on celebrities who get into crazy shape for movie roles in a short amount of time? I’ve read ridiculous articles about so many actors going to the gym 2 times a day, for 6 hours everyday and eating 3,000+ calories to gain muscle fast.

Is this all crap or can it really be done? And is it even safe and sustainable?

Programs aren't defined by length of time spent in the gym, neither is progress. You might want to give details.

Sorry, I just decided to remove that part. It’s not about me, I’m just curious what guys think about Actors’ crazy workout routines, if it’s safe and sustainable.

That part was quite detailed as well. Esp the specific articles, actors and roles you were talking about.

What do you mean by is it crap? Obviously it can be done. Some of these celebs may have tremendous genetics and can do it naturally, others use illegal supplementation.

I loved that movie he was in. He looked ripped.
Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?
