With less inflammatory language? We see this all the time. Are they being purposefully dishonest or do they just think their constituents are too dumb to see through the BS? A couple examples below but there are many more.
“Undocumented immigrants” - another term for illegal alien. The very fact that you aren’t documented means you didn’t immigrate here but snuck in.
“Reimagining Policing” - why not just own you want to take money from cops? Libs have always wanted to throw gov money at problems for fixes in their reimagining of things. Why not own this is way different?
“Peaceful protest” - why can’t you say it is a riot (which is what it is when building burn, properties are destroyed, and cops are blinded). Surely if you are on the side of righteousness a riot is justified, no?

They have people in both parties who test out language to see what words or phrases work with people.
Take for example the clear skies initiative.There is an unspoken thing, we are iron brothers and sisters, we are to support each other and...It is our duty to support our brothers and sisters in the iron game!
