Glucosamine, MSM and Meriva are the only things I found actually work. I take all three.

Nutritox just released a new version of Joint Renew containing cissus, tumeric, MSM, & collagen. I just picked up a bottle of that to finish once my cissus and etc. runs out; which should be within the week.Originally Posted by t-350z
