So i believe it is a growing city, i could be wrong but i know the city is investing a lot of money into the university there and i believe this will attract more peoole. Im looking to buy a property near the university which happens to be near the town centre.


... Should i buy an apartment or house? And would it be better to buy 1 bedroom, or 2 or 3 or 4 etc?
